HyperOptix ("HyperOptix", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through hyperoptixusa.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Who We Are

HyperOptix is a California-based premium automotive ceramic window-film brand located at 13452 Alondra Blvd, Cerritos, CA 90703. This Site is informational; our products are sold and installed by independent, authorized dealers. Information We Collect

• Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Site (a contact message, quote or dealer application, or a warranty claim), we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, business or shop details, vehicle information, install details, and any message you include.
• Tint simulator images. The tint simulator runs entirely in your web browser. Photos you upload to preview a shade are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Any preview image you choose to download is created locally on your device.
• Usage and device data. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, primarily through analytics tools.
• Cookies. The Site itself sets few or no first-party cookies. Where analytics is enabled, third-party analytics and review-widget cookies (for example, Google Analytics and Trustpilot) may be set, as described under "Cookies & Analytics" below. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings.

We collect this information from three sources: directly from you when you complete a form or contact us; automatically from your device through cookies and analytics tools when you use the Site; and from service providers and embedded tools, such as our analytics and review-widget providers. We do not collect payment-card details on the Site, and we do not sell products directly through the Site.

How We Use Your Information

• To review and process dealer and reseller applications.
• To receive, verify, and administer warranty claims.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our products.
• To send you communications you have requested or that relate to your request.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Cookies & Analytics

We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Third-party tools we use, such as Google Analytics and our embedded Trustpilot review widget, may set their own cookies and collect information about your use of the Site over time. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not permit these third parties to use your data to track you across unrelated websites for advertising. Do Not Track

Some browsers let you send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry-standard way to interpret DNT signals, and the Site does not respond to them at this time. We treat all visitors consistently as described in this Privacy Policy, regardless of any DNT setting.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:

• Service providers that host the Site, deliver our forms, provide analytics, and power our review widget (for example, our hosting provider, Google, and Trustpilot), who process data on our behalf under contract.
• Installing dealers, where necessary to fulfill a request you make (such as connecting you with a nearby installer or handling a warranty claim).
• Legal and safety recipients, where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Marketing Communications

If you opt in to marketing emails or text messages, you can opt out at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or reply STOP to a text — and we will honor your request promptly. We do not send autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls or texts without your prior express written consent, and consenting is never a condition of any purchase. Messages that simply respond to a request you submit (for example, answering a quote, dealer, or warranty inquiry) are not marketing messages.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit only as long as necessary to respond to and service your request, to maintain warranty and business records, and to meet legal requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. For example, we generally keep contact and quote inquiries for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, and warranty-claim records for the duration of the applicable product warranty plus a reasonable period, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and, where applicable law provides, to object to or restrict certain processing.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), you may request to know the personal information we collect, request deletion, and request correction. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, financial-account or payment-card numbers, precise geolocation, or other categories of "sensitive personal information," and we do not use any such information for purposes that would give you a right to limit its use, so we do not offer a separate "Limit" option.

To protect your information, we may ask you for details we can match against our records before acting on a request, and we will use that information only to verify your identity. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of your signed permission and may still ask you to verify your own identity or confirm that you authorized the request.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
